Job Summary:

The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves managing marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the company's market position. The Marketing Lead works closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all print, digital, and other marketing materials align with the branding guidelines for companies.
  • Documents all advertising and promotional activities including the proper documentation of all collaterals released by the department.
  • Identifies and recommends external media opportunities.
  • Conceptualizes marketing collaterals for all marketing activities for the approval of the Executive Director.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of the marketing collaterals released to the public and keep documents to serve as basis for the future plans.
  • Recommends suppliers with lower cost for the production of marketing collaterals.
  • Implements the community campaign and visibility plans of the companies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other related course.
  • Preferably with background in academic and/or corporate setting.
  • At least 3-5 years of Marketing-related experience.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analyses.
  • Knowledge on budget preparation and project management.
  • Keen to details.
  • Open to work in Manila.
  • Can start ASAP
