TEAM LEADER – SHIFT OPERATIONS

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee one shift at CHICHA San Chen, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and the efficient performance of the shift team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team during your assigned shift to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Execute operational strategies and procedures during the shift to meet sales targets, maintain service standards, and ensure staff productivity.
  • Apply the company's commitment to premium quality, excellence, and service in all tasks performed during the shift.
  • Complete store opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit shift sales reports and monitor inventory levels, coordinating with management as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and monitor team members during the shift to ensure operational and customer service excellence.
  • Oversee shift turnover tasks, ensuring smooth handover to the next shift.
  • Assist in handling customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Preferably fluent in Mandarin and Hokkien (for Lucky Chinatown Mall location)
  • Experience supervising a team or leading shifts in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media and online marketing is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, people-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
