  • STRATEGIC FINANCIAL PLANNING

Develop and implement financial strategies, long-term plans, and objectives aligned with the company's overall business goal

Identify and manage financial risks, and stablish controls and policies to maintain fiscal stability.

  • BUDGETING & FORECASTING

Oversee and budgeting process, manage expenses, and develop forecasts to support informed decision-making.

  • STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS

Manage relationship with external financial partners, investors, and lenders.

  • TEAM LEADERSHIP

Build, lead, and direct the finance and accounting team, fostering a strong and competent department.
