The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Culture Specialist to join our close-knit team. This role is focused on building on building a supportive, engaged culture our contractors who are based across multiple countries.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Reports to Chief Recruitment Officer, in this role you will:
  • Develop strategies, company tokens, and initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement
  • Plan and execute a calendar of activities including birthdays, anniversaries, monthly events, team-building exercises, and other morale-boosting activities
  • Interact and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, especially contractors, to enhance rewards and recognition programs
  • Provide assistance to the Emergency Response Team during critical situations (e.g., typhoons and other emergencies)
  • Work with HR team members and related departments on site-wide communications, promotional materials, upcoming events, activities, and social media postings
  • Conduct regular check-ins with contractors to address gaps and provide recommendations
  • Coordinate with contractors who are delinquent in submitting their requirements
  • Serve as a backup contact for urgent background screenings of candidates
  • Assist in handling onboarding sessions and coordinating with new hires
  • Develop, revise, and implement company SOPs, including conducting spot checks, designing assessments, and conducting refresher sessions
  • HR generalist and administrative tasks as assigned
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years working experience as an HR Practitioner
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask without compromising attention to detail
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentation files
  • Skilled in drafting communication materials and HR documents
  • Creative with experience using online resources such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
  • Well-organized and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, responsive, and objective throughout the process
  • Ability to identify pain points in daily operations
  • Promote exceptional ideas to maintain relationships.
  • People-oriented and results-driven mindset
Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depend on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 8am to 5pm
