JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Having a bachelor's degree
  • Having at least 2 years of experience as QA Team Lead
  • With Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Adaptable to a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make sure the quality framework is followed for the current scope and implement it for any upcoming ramp-ups.
  • Use and keep an eye on process verification techniques
  • Take part in client engagement reviews to deliver high-quality, targeted performance reports.
  • Examine consumer complaints, identify the underlying causes, and implement remedial measures.
  • While implementing the improvements, address issues at the engagement level and make sure the changes are maintained over time.
  • To improve quality and operations resources, conduct basic quality training.
