  • High-Quality Video & Audio Deliver polished edits for podcasts, masterclasses, and social media — aligned with our brand and engaging to our audience.

Goal: Consistent quality with minimal revisions and boosted engagement.

  • Seamless Podcast Production Edit, caption, and publish episodes on time. Innovate with new visual formats that elevate the brand.

Goal: No delays, no audio issues, and a 15% listener engagement increase in 6 months.

  • Engaging Social Media Content Create scroll-stopping short & long-form clips that connect with our mission.

Goal: 25% growth in social media engagement in 3 months.

  • Empower the Founder Manage all editing tasks independently so leadership can focus on strategy.

Goal: 75% less time spent on video/audio reviews.

  • Efficient Workflow Keep projects organized and always on schedule.

Goal: Zero missed deadlines and fast, consistent turnaround.

  • Visual Marketing & Design Design eye-catching promotional materials and edit high-quality photos for brand consistency.

Goal: Stronger visuals that increase event sign-ups and downloads.

  • Platform Optimization Format all visuals correctly for print and digital (CMYK, DPI, aspect ratios, etc.)

Goal: Zero technical or quality issues.

What You Bring

  • Proven video & audio editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Audacity, etc.)
  • Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
