The Role

As a Junior ERP Developer, you'll play a key role in building, customizing, and deploying Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. You'll collaborate with different departments, work directly with SMEs, and gain hands-on experience in both technical development and business process improvement. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or career starters who want to grow their skills in ERP systems and full-stack development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet client needs
  • Configure and integrate databases for clients
  • Deploy websites and applications using Odoo
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and recommend solutions
  • Document project implementations and technical processes
  • Assist in client training and post-deployment support
  • Continuously explore and learn new technologies to improve solutions
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the team lead/manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent
  • Undergraduates with at least 2 consecutive years in the same course may apply
  • Proficiency in HTML5, Bootstrap, JavaScript (and related frameworks)
  • Basic knowledge of Python, MySQL, and backend development frameworks
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly, especially Odoo ERP
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
