About Our Client

Our client is a top Australian commercial property management company, focused on high-return property acquisitions and development. They work with a range of commercial properties including shopping centers, industrial warehouses, medical centers, and childcare centers.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations and Relationship Manager with a background in commercial property management or a similar industry. This role will involve managing remote teams, overseeing operations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience in operations, marketing, and social media management is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:

  • Oversee remote teams and ensure operations run smoothly.

  • Implement processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor performance and ensure high-quality standards are met.

  • Relationship Management:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Social Media and Marketing:

  • Manage the client's social media strategy and campaigns.

  • Track performance and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

  • Provide support and guidance to remote teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in operations and relationship management within commercial property management or a similar industry (real estate, facility management, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media strategies and marketing operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams.
  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
