Arcadia Active Lifestyle Center – Matina Enclaves, Davao City


Arcadia, Davao's premier lifestyle destination, is looking for a General Manager to lead our growing team and oversee operations across our business units: Arcadia Fitness Gym, Arcadia Event Center, The Lobby Café, and Open Space Café & Bar (Baracatan).


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Oversee and support department heads to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls
  • Drive marketing and sales initiatives for business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards
  • Lead and motivate staff to maintain a culture of teamwork and service excellence

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in hospitality, service, or lifestyle industry
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities
  • Results-driven, organized, and adaptable
