Besides being one of the largest fashion retail companies in the Philippines, Suyen Corporation also thrives in the field of food business through the growth of brands such as PAUL Boulangerie et Patisserie, KOI Thé, Boat Noodle, Fire Tiger, and the popular Marugame Udon.

The Brand Officer is primarily accountable for managing the over-all growth of the Brand. His/Her key areas of responsibility include but not limited to merchandising, marketing, store operations & visual merchandising.

Job Role

  • Understand the Brand – its values, business model/ structure, policies and procedures, products, customers, operational standards and ensures correct execution/ replication in local market.

  • Work with the brand marketing and merchandising team to be able to support the requirements of the store including on-time arrival and delivery of merchandise to stores, merchandise/ marketing promotions are in place for implementation in-store, feedback and analysis on merchandise, marketing/ promotions, competitor activities are provided to the Brand, merchandise flow and pricing are monitored, and coordination & collaboration with Commissary

  • Collaborate with Store & VM teams in ensuring that marketing promotions are as per Brand standard

  • Achievement of brand/ business growth, sales target, and KPIs - Reviews product performance and recommends appropriate actions for effective inventory management

  • Active participation in Store Development or Planning - coordination & collaboration with Brand, Design & Construction for store set ups/opening/renovations/closing

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the field of RESTAURANT / FOOD AND BEVERAGES / FMCG INDUSTRY

  • Has prior experience in Inventory Management and Merchandising using MS Excel

  • Has the ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations through 360 Marketing

  • Has strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

  • Outstanding communication skills

Salary: From Php 30,000.00 per month
