Job DescriptionProduct Vision and StrategyDefine and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives. Identify market opportunities and consumer needs to inform product development. Drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

Leadership and Team ManagementLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and launch. Product Development and Lifecycle ManagementOversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

Implement best practices for product development, including agile methodologies, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet user expectations and business objectives. User Experience and DesignChampion the user experience, ensuring our products are intuitive, engaging, and delightful to use.

Collaborate with design and UX teams to create user-centered designs that solve real problems and drive engagement. Data-Driven Decision MakingLeverage analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Market and Competitive AnalysisConduct thorough market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings. Identify and act on opportunities to differentiate our products and capture market share. Stakeholder CommunicationEffectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from senior leadership, investors, and key partners. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on consumer apps.

Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer applications. Deep understanding of consumer app market dynamics, user behaviors, and emerging trends. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences. Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Strong UX and design sensibilities, with a keen eye for detail and user-centered design principles.
