Product Development Manager">

As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of remittance products. You will work closely with the Division Head and Segment Head to ensure the growth and profitability of the products through proper management of their marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine product performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase revenues and overall performance.
  • Regularly review features and services offered by competitors and recommend improvements and developments to heads for implementation.
  • Define and update Service Level Agreements (SLA) between business and operating units that will have a direct impact on the RCM remittance product implementation.
  • Ensure compliance of the products with external regulations and internal policies and procedures of the Bank, addressing BSP, compliance, and audit findings on the products.
  • Assist the Division and Segment Heads in developing product roadmaps for all RCM remittance products and support short-, medium-, and long-term plans for product enhancements and developments.
  • Monitor and present industry and competition's products and services as benchmark data to improve and innovate existing remittance products.
  • Closely coordinate with Origination Regional Teams and corresponding Country Managers/Market Development Teams in reporting the performance of existing remittance products and services per geographical location of all tie-ups, centers, and agents overseas, as well as competitive products present in the respective countries and regions to provide comprehensive and robust product and marketing plans and strategies.
  • Coordinate with various bank units and external partners in all product development and enhancement to ensure timely and seamless delivery.
  • Prepare concept papers, business cases, and all business and regulatory requirements for approval of various committees and regulating bodies.
  • Monitor revenue and CAPEX/OPEX budgets for assigned remittance products, development projects, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • College graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any business-related course.
  • Working knowledge of remittance products.
  • Good knowledge of banking and financial products.
  • In-depth product development and management knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge in handling and reviewing P&L.
  • Preferably with two years' experience in banking and/or product management.
