The position is primarily responsible for planning and developing an efficient banking application that provides innovative solutions to the bank's systems and processes. The role also involves implementing the digital transformation plan to enhance the client banking experience. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of innovation programs and digital product development initiatives.

Develop both long-term and short-term project plans for delivering digital services. Define strategies for digitization by identifying trends and technologies to maintain a competitive advantage. Oversee banking system innovation programs, including reviewing and improving current systems.

Gather user requirements and align them with the digitization roadmap. Manage end-to-end digital projects from feasibility through implementation and testing. Drive data analysis and research to assess technological impacts and support operational improvements.

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any Business-related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in banking, finance, FinTech, e-commerce, or related fields. Deep understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle and modern development practices, focusing on payment, mobile, and digital products.

Proficiency in data analytics and user experience design, with a high attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with multiple teams within the organization and external partners. Stay updated with industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset. Seniority level
