Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via online channels, phone calls, and office visits
  • Provide clear, accurate details and recommendations about our packaging products
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of all product lines
  • Offer excellent customer service and support ongoing client relationships
  • Support daily office and sales operations to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic email tools
  • Sales experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to undergo training and open to continuous learning
  • Responsible, proactive, and motivated to grow
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team

Compensation:

  • Starting pay: ₱695.00 per day
  • Commission available after one (1) year
