About the Role:

The Client Engagement Associate plays a key role in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients of Serino. This position focuses on understanding client needs, promoting suitable product or solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to post-delivery support. The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, have strong communication skills, and are eager to start a career in tech sales and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client business needs and recommend our relevant products or solutions.
  • Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and networking activities.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations for busdev or technical teams.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and other client-facing documents in coordination with the busdev and marketing team.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Serino products.
  • Provide accurate product information to clients and address basic technical or delivery-related queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (busdev, engineering, and technical support) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Follow up on project timelines, delivery status, and post-sales support requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to improve products and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ticketing/tracking tools.
  • Interest in technology, IT solutions, and digital products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Background in customer service, sales, or client support (internship or part-time experience counts).
  • Basic understanding of IT product delivery processes.
