We are hiring a
Finance Manager
to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, treasury, and reporting. This role provides strategic direction and ensures that all financial practices align with internal goals and external regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of finance and accounting policies and procedures
  • Supervise core finance functions: controllership, treasury, and financial planning & analysis
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closings and the preparation of accurate financial statements
  • Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies (e.g., SEC, BIR) and ensure timely submissions
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze the annual budget and provide performance reports to leadership
  • Maintain robust internal control systems
  • Develop and manage a high-performing finance team, supporting their growth and training

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance; Master's degree is an advantage
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance leadership, preferably in a large or complex organization
  • Strong technical background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and accounting principles
  • Proven experience in managing finance teams and driving operational excellence
