Job Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative team in producing high-quality visual assets for digital and print applications. This role is ideal for designers who are building their portfolio, developing technical skills, and learning industry standards. You will assist in layout creation, asset cleanup, basic animation prep, and execution of design tasks based on established brand guidelines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in producing layouts for social media, web ads, email graphics, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Prepare, clean up, and organize design assets (images, icons, logos, screenshots, UI elements).
  • Execute design revisions based on feedback from senior designers, art directors, or clients.
  • Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and technical specifications.
  • Support the team in resizing, adapting, and repurposing existing designs for multiple formats
  • Help maintain asset libraries, file naming conventions, and version control.
  • Create basic mock-ups or visual drafts for internal review.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on basic design tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, basic After Effects is a plus) or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to follow instructions, brand guidelines, and established design systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Portfolio showcasing school work, personal projects, or freelance designs.
