Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to help shape and scale our core platform. You'll work primarily in Python and Django, building new features and improving existing systems, while also exploring low-code and AI-powered tools to deliver fast, effective client solutions. This position is ideal for developers who are hands-on, adaptable, and love optimizing how software gets built.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain core features of our Django-based web application.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the stack.
  • Build, extend, and integrate workflows through internal tools and third-party low-code systems.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs for both internal and customer-facing features.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn ideas into working products.
  • Debug and resolve issues from the database layer to the front-end.
  • Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous code quality improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Mid-Level: 2–4 years of professional web development experience.
  • Senior: 4+ years of experience with demonstrated ownership of major features or projects.
  • Strong command of Python and practical experience with the Django framework.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Solid experience building and using RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • A practical mindset — you care about results and aren't afraid to use low-code tools when they make sense.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving attitude.

Compensation

  • Mid-Level (2–4 years experience): ₱45,000 – ₱65,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php65,000.00 per month
