Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the conceptualization and design of marketing materials, including digital graphics, social media content, and promotional collateral, in line with the brand's visual identity.
  • Support the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create and edit short-form video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software, as needed for campaigns and brand communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency and high quality in all visual outputs.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for digital campaigns and content development.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset files to ensure easy access and proper archiving of design materials.
  • Assist in monitoring engagement metrics and gathering insights from social media platforms to inform future content strategies.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support marketing and creative initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent applications (preferred but not required).
  • Strong creative thinking skills and a keen eye for visual design and detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce engaging visual content, with a portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance work.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and an understanding of content trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the company's office in La Loma, Quezon City throughout the duration of the internship.
