Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing creative marketing and PR campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Contribute fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns, content, and brand storytelling.
  • Support production of marketing materials such as photoshoots, videos, events, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align visuals and messaging with brand objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate influencer collaborations, brand events, and media activities.
  • Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and campaign communication materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners.
  • Monitor media coverage, PR activities, and social mentions to assess campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on trends, pop culture, and digital strategies to inspire new creative directions.
  • Execute assigned tasks with creativity and attention to detail to support marketing goals.

Community Engagement & Analytics
  • Engage with followers to build brand relationships.
  • Analyze content and video performance to refine strategies.

Additional Tasks
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Social Media Manager or Head of Marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or any related field.

  1. At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or creative roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are also welcome).
  2. Excellent communication and writing skills for crafting press releases, social content, and marketing materials.
  3. Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends, design, and storytelling.
  4. Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and basic content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  5. Strong organizational and coordination skills, especially in handling campaigns, events, or influencer activities.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
