About the Role

We are hiring a
trustworthy and well-organised Project Coordinator / Rental Agent
to support the
short-term preparation and rental of a duplex unit
in Cyberville, General Trias.

This is a
temporary, contract-based role
with a
clearly defined scope, timeline, and agreed payment
. The work is focused entirely on
on-site coordination and oversight
. All plans, repair lists, and agreements are already prepared.

Key Responsibilities

(Coordination only – no manual labour required)

  • Inspect the unit and provide
    photo/video updates
  • Coordinate and oversee contractors for
    flooring, toilet tiling, doors, and repainting
  • Supervise
    cleaning, minor fixes, and lock/key preparation
  • Capture
    photos and videos
    for rental listings
  • Post advertisements on
    Facebook Marketplace and relevant local groups
  • Respond to enquiries and
    pre-screen potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct
    property viewings
  • Support
    contract signing and move-in handover
