Responsible for the Engineering, Operations and Maintenance program creation, implementation & measurement

Responsible for the creation of Site Field Manual for Engineering, Operations & Maintenance

Responsible for the Vendor Performance Management program creation, implementation & measurement

  • At least 6 years Managerial level work experience & people manager in Manufacturing Facility and/or Commercial Facility
  • At least 10 years direct work experience in Engineering, Site Operations and Asset Maintenance & management in Manufacturing facility and or huge commercial portfolio
  • PME or PEE only
  • Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or at least 1 hour travel from & to the FPIP Client site
  • High financial comprehension in Facility OPEX/CAPEX program, Billing & Collection
  • Highly Technical, knowledgeable in Maintenance Engineering, Asset Maintenance & Management Framework
  • Knowledgeable in Minor & major Equipment maintenance planning, execution and project management
  • Knowledgeable Energy Management System
  • Knowledgeable in Environment compliance and Occupational Health & Safety program
  • Knowledgeable in Local Regulatory Compliance, Permits & Licenses (MEPF & EHS)
