Jr. Accounting Manager

· Manage a team of three (3) Accounting staff

· Prepare monthly account analysis/reconciliations of all corporate general ledger accounts with schedules in a timely manner including monthly accruals.

· Prepare monthly trial balance, balance sheet, income statements and cash flow statements of the company in a timely manner.

· Manage and monitor intercompany accounting and reconciliation in a timely manner.

· Ensure timely collections of receivables, liaising with clients when needed.

· Oversee clients' accounts reconciliation, receivable, collection and reporting activity.

· Manager fixed assets monitoring, lapsing and depreciation schedules.

· Manage and monitor compliance reporting /filing requirements with government agencies and instrumentalities such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR, AFAB, LGU's including monthly, quarterly and annual requirements of aforesaid government agencies and instrumentalities.

· Responsible for preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filing with BIR

· Perform and report on sales, revenue, cost analysis to drive business decisions.

· Work closely with external auditors for annual audits and prepare schedules.

· Assist/facilitate audits required by third parties such as vendors, customers, taxing, authorities, etc.

· Prepare appraisal of team members, provide training to new and existing staff, and monitor and maintain KPI's of the team.

· Work with Department Head and Management to meet business goals.

· Perform other tasks assigned task by Department Head and Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php47, Php50,000.00 per month
