Job Summary:
The Jr. Local Store Marketing Manager - Visayas is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role oversees multi-channel marketing initiatives, manages the marketing team, and collaborates with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with business goals. The Jr. Local Store Marketing Manager plays a critical role in strategic planning, performance tracking, and campaign execution to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Lead the development of annual marketing plans, including campaigns, product launches, promotions, and partnerships
Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and out-of-home advertising.
- Ensure that campaigns are well-coordinated, on-brand, and consistent across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to develop compelling messaging and content that resonate with target audiences.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture within the marketing department.
Lead cross-functional teams in executing marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration between departments such as Sales, Product, and Customer Support.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing and communication channels.
- Monitor brand performance and customer perception, adjusting strategies as needed to strengthen brand equity.
Lead brand awareness initiatives, including sponsorships, partnerships, and public relations activities.
Digital Marketing and Analytics:
Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and communicate results to senior leadership.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are delivered within financial targets.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI and prioritize high-impact projects.
Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to negotiate contracts and manage service delivery.
Customer Insights and Market Research:
Leverage market research, customer feedback, and data analytics to inform marketing strategies.
- Understand customer journeys and buying behaviors to create targeted, personalized marketing efforts.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs and business goals.
Product and Go-to-Market Strategy:
Work closely with product teams to support product launches and ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and marketing materials that differentiate products and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies, promotions, and lifecycle marketing to maximize product success.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
