Job description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead 360 marketing efforts across online and offline channels. This role shapes integrated strategy, manages cross-functional campaigns, and drives brand growth through digital, e-commerce, retail, and customer touchpoints.

What will you do?

Strategy & Execution

  • Lead total marketing strategy aligned with brand goals
  • Drive growth via integrated online/offline campaigns and promotions

Online Marketing

  • Digital: Oversee digital strategy and campaigns with Digital Marketing Managers
  • Performance: Manage paid media budgets and optimize ROI
  • Email: Develop lifecycle strategies for retention and loyalty
  • E-commerce: Partner with teams to boost site UX, conversion, and online sales

Offline Marketing

  • Retail/Visual Merchandising: Lead in-store campaigns and guide Visual Merchandisers on execution
  • Retail Support: Plan promotions, store openings, and offline activations
  • OOH: Execute cost-effective outdoor campaigns

Marketing Management

  • Track and analyze marketing results and execution
  • Work cross-functionally on end-to-end strategy delivery (e.g., Creatives, VM, UI/UX, Partnerships)

Communication & Collaboration

  • Align teams on product, brand updates, and marketing plans
  • Promote openness, agility, and collaboration across departments

People Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the marketing team
  • Foster team development and high-performance culture

Brand & Product Expertise

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the brand and product lines

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 7–10 years' experience in brand, merchandising, or creative roles; management preferred
  • Strong leadership, strategic, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar tools
