Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support existing distributors in Region I & II, ensuring strong sales performance and continuous growth.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, sales targets, and market strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new dealerships, retailers, and business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, merchandising, product visibility, and competitor activity.
  • Train, guide, and motivate distributors and their sales teams to increase product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, or distribution management, preferably in large corporations.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently within the region.
  • Knowledge in motorcycle is a huge advantage.
