We're Hiring: Sales and Marketing Manager (Onsite – Carmona, Cavite)

We're looking for an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Sunny Foods. This is a full-time onsite role based in Carmona, Cavite.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles.

You'll be responsible for leading marketing initiatives, driving sales performance, building client relationships, and developing strategies to grow brand visibility and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Identify business opportunities and manage client accounts.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Team lead experience in managing sales teams is required.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in the food sector or related industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work onsite full-time in Carmona, Cavite.
