Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based roles, from requisition intake to successful onboarding.
  • Source and engage top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, availability, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules with U.S. hiring managers or clients.
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles and summaries for client presentation.
  • Negotiate offers, including salary and benefits, in line with client policies and market benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records within the ATS, ensuring all activities are properly documented.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and deliver timely reports to stakeholders and recruitment leadership.
  • Stay current on U.S. labor laws, hiring trends, and best practices to support compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for U.S. roles in an offshore or BPO setting.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. job market, labor laws, and hiring standards.
  • Proven track record hiring across multiple industries (healthcare, IT, and professional services preferred).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruitment CRMs.
  • Willing to work on U.S. hours (night shift, PH time).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience accepted.
  • Open to a hybrid work arrangement in Eastwood City, Libis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
