Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Handle entry-level to high-volume recruitment for various BPO roles.
  • Lead the recruitment of executive and C-Suite positions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and leadership needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a BPO setting, with proven success in hiring across all levels—from entry-level to executive and C-Suite roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both local volume hiring and specialized executive searches.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of BPO talent market trends and recruitment strategies in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools (Zoho Recruit ), and recruitment metrics.
  • Willing to work onsite at Global One, Eastwood City.
