Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Sous Chef at Vikings Group of Companies in Makati City. The Jr. Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the back of the house.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree or training in the Food & Beverage field

  • Preferably with at least 3 years of experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager

  • Expertise in European or Mediterranean cuisine

  • Experience in managing back-of-house operations

  • Willing to be assigned in Makati

  • Amenable to start ASAP
