What You'll Do:

  • Standardize recipes, yields, and batch costings from scratch.
  • Create clear SOPs and food safety guidelines for all commissary items.
  • Conduct quality checks on taste, texture, aroma, and consistency.
  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, and shelf-life of products.
  • Support product development, menu innovation, and scaling of operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Food Technology, Culinary (with Food Safety training), or related field.
  • Experience in R&D, QA/QC, or commissary operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, shelf-life validation, and product consistency.
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, organized, and able to work independently.
