I. Key Requirements and Qualifications:

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

a. Degree: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or any related course.

b. Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome or 1-3 year(s) experience in the food industry.

c. Background: Basic knowledge on the baking process for breads, pastries and cakes is an advantage.

d. Others:

  • High personal values, integrity, professional attitude and honesty
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Highly adaptable to changes
  • Effective organizational & communication skills (both written & oral)

II. Organizational Relationship

Reporting to: Technical Manager

III. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

a. Overall adinistration of all regulatory requirements eg. FDA

b. Develop application recipes to optimize product design for new and existing products.

c. Provide technical assistance to Sales Team

d.Assist in product development/improvement projects

e. Assist in product presentation for internal and external presentations

f. Assist and support field product seminars and demonstrations

g. Perform other duties as assigned or directed
