Job Description

  • Conducts product development, reformulation, process improvement, and research activities for sauces and dry mixes.
  • Develops new recipes and improves existing products to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and food safety compliance.
  • Leads batch trial productions, standardizes process designs, and coordinates with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Production teams.
  • Evaluates and researches raw and alternative materials; performs sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies for product validation.
  • Provides technical data for labeling, product information, and supports Sales & Marketing with prototypes and samples.
  • Reviews and updates R&D procedures, performs product troubleshooting, and completes other tasks assigned by management.

Basic Qualification:

  • At least 1-year experience as Research and Development Associate or equivalent position
  • Graduate of Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
  • Must be willing to work extended hours, and willing to work on weekend and holidays
  • Willing to work at Kapitolyo, Pasig City
