The 
Digital Marketing Specialist
 is in charge of carrying out and refining digital marketing initiatives on several platforms. In order to improve our online presence, interact with our audience, and provide quantifiable outcomes, you will collaborate closely with the digital marketing manager environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for the company website, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve on-page and off-page SEO to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.

What we're looking for

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Three or more years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and PPC advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and email marketing software.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
