Join Novel Hotel Manila, a new hotel in BGC We're looking for a reliable Accounting Staff to manage daily cash operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the accounting team with efficiency and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash management, reconciliation, and bank deposits.
  • Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Experience from any industry is acceptable for this position.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and software.
  • Experience with any accounting software is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Hotel industry experience is preferred but not required.
