At The Upper Deck, our work doesn't stop when a member signs up — it begins. We're looking for a Sales & Retention Executive who can convert leads into joiners, and ensure existing members stay motivated, engaged, and loyal.

You'll play a dual role — part closer, part relationship builder. You'll guide walk-ins and inquiries through the sales process, then continue to support them post-activation through renewals, upsells, and personal follow-ups. If you enjoy consultative selling, goal-setting, and tracking performance — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales

  • Handle walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads
  • Conduct tours and fitness consultations using the 6-Step Sales Process
  • Present membership, class, and personal training options confidently
  • Assist new joiners with onboarding, forms, and initial bookings

Retention & Upselling

  • Monitor member activity and follow up with low-engagement clients
  • Initiate upgrade or renewal conversations well before expiration
  • Upsell additional services like recovery, spa, dive, or court use
  • Build rapport and maintain strong member relationships over time

Sales Admin & Reporting

  • Track KPIs daily (leads, appointments, joiners, renewals, conversions)
  • Keep CRM and member records up to date
  • Provide weekly reports and insights to the Sales Supervisor or Club Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years experience in gym sales, account management, or client services
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Friendly, confident, and service-minded
  • Highly organized and proactive with follow-ups
  • Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or POS systems
  • Open to working onsite in Ortigas (shifts, weekends, or events as needed)
  • Background in health, wellness, or fitness is a plus
