Marketing Communication Manager

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Major: Communication or equivalent (Law/International Relations also acceptable)
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role; experience in a digital marketing agency, infant formula milk brand, or FMCG brand preferred
- Training & Certification: Certified Public Relations Professional (CPRP), Accredited in Public Relations (APR), Google Analytics
- Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Core Competencies (Soft Skills): Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving & Innovation, Communication & Collaboration, Leadership & Team Management
- Technical Competencies: Content Writing & Copywriting, Crisis Management, SEO & SEM Analysis, Budget Management & ROI Analysis
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC
Job Summary:
The Marketing Communication Manager plays a vital role in building and maintaining the company's brand image while effectively communicating the value of its products and services to target audiences. Acting as the bridge between the company and the market, this role drives strategy, execution, and performance measurement across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Communication Strategies
Design strategies aligned with business objectives (brand awareness, sales growth, customer loyalty).
- Define key messages that are consistent and compelling across all channels.
- Select and manage effective communication platforms (PR, SEO, SEM, website).
Manage Content and Marketing Collateral
Oversee content creation (press releases, blogs, website articles, presentations, ads).
- Ensure consistent use of brand assets (logos, guidelines, tone of voice).
- Build and manage a content calendar for planned and regular publication.
Oversee Media & Public Relations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and media outlets.
- Draft and distribute press releases to announce company milestones, launches, or partnerships.
- Manage crisis communications to protect brand reputation.
Coordinate Events & Promotions
Plan and execute promotional events (product launches, trade shows, conferences).
- Collaborate with sales teams to create sales promotion materials and campaigns.
Monitor, Analyze & Report Performance
Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to ensure strategies remain effective and relevant.
