Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Channel Marketing Supervisor

What are the Job Responsibilities?

·       Supervise and control all trade marketing, initiatives in his region i.e. merchandising strategy, trade promotions, and grassroots research initiatives. Ensure that the overall Trade Marketing strategy in his area is aligned with the overall Trade Marketing and Brand Strategy per category.

·       Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of trade marketing initiatives, Consolidates and constantly review the promo history to determine the most appropriate initiative for a given situation/period in his area of coverage.

·       Manage and control the trade marketing budget of her region and ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.

·       Coordinate closely with the sales team in his area with regards to implementation of trade promos or initiatives that has been approved by the TMM.

·       Supervise and control designated inventories assigned to her section in support of any trade initiatives that will be implemented in his area.

·       Perform other related functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

What are the Qualifications?

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related field.

· –5 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or sales support within the animal health or agribusiness sector.

·       Proven experience in developing and executing channel strategies for products targeting hogs, poultry, and companion animals (petcare).

·       Strong understanding of distribution networks, dealer management, and retail dynamics in agricultural and veterinary channels.

·       Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to optimize channel performance.
