Job Responsibilities What you'll be doing Manage and maintain our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales Oversee the processing and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization Assist with the creation and curation of engaging product content, including descriptions, images, and videos Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements. Requirements What we're looking for 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion industry Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and online marketing techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure and report on website performance Creative flair and an eye for detail, with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
