JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, gather data, and basic troubleshooting of tickets before assigning them to the next level.
  • Inputting resolution on tickets and closing it after the ticket is settled.
  • Monitoring of service desk plus tickets to avoid SLA violations, reminding the assigned person on the ticket.
  • Creating ticket in the Service desk plus that has no tickets.
  • M365 User Administrator. Editing details of users and resetting passwords if requested and if they have properly signed documents.
  • Network Monitoring: All ISP; All Network Equipment.
  • Network Basic Troubleshooting: Ping result; Tracert result; NSlookup; Ipconfig and other network tools.
  • User Support: Provide basic support to end-users regarding network connectivity and related issues.
  • Assist users in setting up and configuring network devices, such as routers and switches.
  • Remote User Support: if necessary, Provide remote support to end-users for basic network connectivity issues. Assist users in setting up and configuring network devices through virtual channels.
  • Incident Logging and Documentation: Log and document network incidents remotely, capturing details of reported problems and resolutions. Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes, ensuring documentation is accessible to the client.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge and experience in basic troubleshooting and support for Microsoft 365 Applications (Ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Etc.)
  • Can provide support and troubleshoot hardware and software (Ex. Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Etc.)
  • Can troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issue.
  • Knowledge of ticketing system.
  • Must have 1 year and above technical related experience.
  • A graduate of BS Degree in IT, CS, CE, ECE or any related courses
  • Willing to work onsite in Paranaque.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
