Job Description:

  • Assist the warehouse supervisor in the preparation of daily route deliveries, execute effectively thru daily toolbox meeting all their assigned works
  • Assist warehouse officer in regular checking of Driver's Trip Ticket Report
  • Maintain communication with warehouse staffs to ensure proper working order
  • Inspects and monitors the products for defects and damages as needed
  • Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries
  • Conduct safety procedures inside the warehouse.
  • Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary and well-organized
  • Assist walk in clients with their orders and inquiries
  • Assist Account Officer with their pick-up orders for their clients.
  • Ensure that the bin cards are always updated based on actual stock on hand per SKU/bincard
  • Leads and organized monthly cycle count, identify discrepancies and recommends preventive measures to avoid recurrence
  • Monitors, Check and assist all on ground operations activities such as SO preparation/picking, bin card realtime checking, dispatch checking performance of all items for issuance to delivery truck, etc
  • Ensures stock inventory level as required per items are accurate and avoid over stocking/out of stock inventory, always coordinate with purchasing assistant the status of buffer stocking intended for replenishment
  • Coordinate regularly with other satellite warehouses officers the request of regular replenishment coordinate with Asst Whse Operation for the availability of stock and with purchasing assistant to scheduled trucks and extra manpower as needed
  • Always comply on the other instruction given by the warehouse supvr

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Prior experience working in a warehousing company
  • He is s detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products
  • Able to handle pressure and work on a tight deadline
  • Exhibits strong communication skills essential for working with other employees and with customers
  • Results oriented and with basic computer knowledge such as Excel, Word & WMS
  • Preferably living nearby BOCAUE.
