Logistic Personnel

Job Summary:

The Logistic Personnel is responsible for assisting in the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of all logistics activities, including delivery scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and inventory movement. The role requires computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily deliveries, dispatch, and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and process documents such as delivery receipts, gate passes, and dispatch reports.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients regarding delivery instructions and updates.
• Encode and update delivery and logistics data in the computer system.
• Monitor the status of deliveries and ensure that all goods are properly received by clients.
• Assist in the planning and routing of vehicles for efficient transport operations.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and safety standards.
• Report any delays, issues, or discrepancies to the Logistics Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain organized records of delivery transactions and related documents.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• At least College Level or Graduate (preferably in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain).
• With experience in logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Computer literate (knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word, and logistics tracking systems).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
