About the Role
We are in search of a dedicated, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support our Chinese Owner, Mr. Wanbao, in managing daily office and warehouse operations.
This position requires someone who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can communicate effectively with both the Owner and the team. The ideal candidate can handle multitasking, office coordination, and assist in business-related tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Owner.
- Assist in organizing daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle and organize documents, files, and office correspondence.
- Support in preparing reports, invoices, and business papers.
- Coordinate communication between the Owner and staff or suppliers.
- Help in monitoring office and warehouse operations as instructed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Office Administration, Business Management, or any related field.
- With 1–2 years of experience in office support or administrative work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, reliable, and flexible in handling multiple tasks.
- Must have a pleasant personality and a strong sense of confidentiality.
