Job Overview:

Responsible for developing and implementing engagement programs to enhance customer retention, increase participation, and drive brand loyalty. This role ensures the execution of institutionalized programs that create meaningful customer interactions, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic partnerships within the Gokongwei Group (GG) ecosystem and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion: Manage strategic partnerships within the ecosystem, ensuring cross-brand synergies that drive customer value. Identify and onboard external partners that enhance offerings and customer engagement opportunities.​
  • Campaign Conceptualization: Develop co-branded initiatives and campaigns with key partners to expand customer reach and benefits.​
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of customer engagement campaigns. Work closely with the CDEP team to leverage data insights for personalized marketing and targeted promotions. Continuously optimize programs based on customer feedback, engagement metrics, and industry trends.​
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with BU marketing teams, Go Rewards, CDEP, IT, and Analytics to align engagement

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.​
  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, CRM or digital marketing​
  • 5+ years experience in retail, loyalty programs, or e-commerce ​
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.​
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.​
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and apply new data-driven strategies

Must haves:

  • 5+ years experience working in retail ecosystem particularly in marketing technology of digital marketing​
  • 5+ years of experience in data security, cybersecurity, or compliance, preferably in retail or e-commerce
