Human Resource Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- SETTING UP
- In charge on designing and re-aligning of organizational set up for them to fit current business set up/goal and develop plans to implement the new changes;
- Ensure that all aspects of the HR department are in compliance with company set standards and government compliant.
- Creation of human resources that aligns with the corporate goal. Programs to be recommended to the Board of Directors (BOD).
- Create an evaluation process and ensure evaluations are done properly.
- POLICY & PROCEDURES
- Shall be in charge of developing, recommending, and implementing policies necessary for the department.
- Implementation and monitoring of human resource policies.
- OPERATIONS MANUAL
- To draft/review the standard operating manual of the business unit.
- TRAINING
- Shall conduct business unit training based on the approved operations manual (in case there is no head or invited speaker)
- Ensure to Implement and facilitate training as scheduled based on the approved training calendar to guide and improve employee performance.
- COMPLIANCE
- Ensure Company compliance with government regulations including health and safety compliance.
- Represent the company with government investigation and litigation if any.
- DOLE COORDINATOR
- Shall coordinate with the said government agency for labor concerns.
- STAFF MANAGEMENT
- Monitor and ensure to achieve team's commitments.
- In charge of evaluation of subordinates.
COVERED SHIFT
- Performs any tasks assigned / directed to their subordinates in their absence.
OTHERS
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Managing Director.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
