We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Design Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that elevates our podcasts and enhances audience engagement across all platforms. You will work closely with our production, marketing, and customer success team to bring our audio shows to life through compelling video, motion graphics, and static designs.

Minimum Qualifications: Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit engaging content from full-length podcast episodes, including short-form clips for social media (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok) and show trailers.
  • Design and produce visual assets for each podcast, such as show logos, cover art, and promotional graphics for social media and websites.
  • Develop and animate motion graphics for video intros, outros, lower thirds, and visual effects to create a polished and dynamic look.
  • Collaborate with podcast hosts and producers to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with each show's unique tone and branding.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring all multimedia content is delivered on time and meets our quality standards.
    Stay up-to-date with current trends in multimedia design, video editing, and digital marketing to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing your work in multimedia design, video, and animation.
  • Prior experience in a multimedia or production role is an advantage.
  • Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
