Multimedia and Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing collaterals for digital and print (social media graphics, newsletters, posters, in-store materials, etc.)
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and campaign directions
  • Coordinate with suppliers or printing partners for production of marketing materials
  • Schedule and upload content for social media and newsletters
  • Track campaign metrics and assist in preparing marketing reports
  • Maintain organized folders of creative assets and marketing templates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or a related course
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or marketing content creation
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) or Canva/Figma
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple design projects
  • Comfortable using social media scheduling and email marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo)
  • Has a good eye for design, layout, and storytelling, with interest in home décor, branding, and lifestyle marketing a plus
