JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overall measure, marking and overseeing site condition, report and verify plans.Site Inspector must ensure that designs are feasible/doable, functional before approving the design based on site observation.He must also ensure all technical requirements was met on site to ensure design and installation will smooth sailing, All technical details (plumbing/electrical etc.)must be identify exact location on site and reflect it on plan/report.

Ensure standards are met and the quality of finished products are based on Ideal Home quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Measure dimensions such as length, height and distance between reference

points,using Measuring tape,Level bar,Laser level,laser measure,Pipes & Metal detector

etc.

  • Complete all necessary inspection forms and reports.
  • Coordinate with the project assigned designer.
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Report unusual problems or conditions to supervisor
  • Ensure that designs are feasible/doable,check details reflected in design
  • Check & Approved design output according to specifications, technical aspects and feasibility for Initial and final design.
  • Make sure design approval will not take more than 3days before approving.
  • Other related duties and tasks as needed and required by the Department being
  • supported.
  • Participates in the implementation of department and company initiatives and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Ability to work proficiently with little to no guidance.
  • Knowledge in reading plans.
  • Must be knowledgeable in technical details.
  • Knowledgeable measurement tools etc.
  • Must be keen on details.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in teams.
  • Must have excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills
  • Must be computer literate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be physically fit.
  • Can work/duty on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
