We're looking Occupational Health Nurse/ HR Staff to be assigned in Lerma, Mandaluyong

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license
  • OHNAP Certification (Occupational Health Nursing Training)
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in occupational health, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Basic knowledge of DOLE/DOH workplace health compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities
  • First Aid/BLS certification is an advantage
  • Willing to work on-site and conduct rounds in warehouse or dispatch areas.

Main Responsibilities

Occupational Health Duties:

  • Provide first aid, emergency care, and initial medical assessment for work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Coordinate and monitor pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical exams
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records and logs for DOLE compliance
  • Implement workplace health and safety protocols (e.g., vaccination, COVID-19 protocols, fatigue management)
  • Monitor employee health risks related to warehouse and transport operations (e.g., manual handling, shift work)
  • Coordinate with safety personnel for health-related incident reports and risk assessments

  • Support clinic maintenance and inventory of medical supplies and PPE

  • HR Support Duties:

  • Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring medical clearance and clinic orientation
  • Track employee sick leaves, medical absences, and coordinate return-to-work procedures
  • Help maintain and update personnel files, particularly health-related documentation
  • Support wellness programs, health seminars, and employee engagement events
  • Liaise with HMO/insurance providers and external clinics as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
