We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Occupational Health Nurse to join our team and help us build a safe, healthy, and happy workplace. As our company's health expert, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the well-being of all employees. This includes providing immediate medical care, managing health and wellness programs, and ensuring we are fully compliant with all Occupational Safety and Health standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Medical Care: Be the first responder for workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Administer first aid, provide basic medical treatment, and refer employees to external healthcare providers when needed.
  • Manage Health Programs: Develop and implement health and wellness initiatives, such as annual physical examinations, health education campaigns, and other OSH activities.
  • Ensure DOLE Compliance: Work closely with management to develop and update our OSH program. Maintain accurate medical records and prepare reports as required by DOLE.
  • Promote Safety and Wellness: Conduct regular health and safety inspections. Educate employees on healthy habits, proper hygiene, and preventing work-related injuries.
  • Maintain Clinic Operations: Manage and organize the company clinic, ensuring it is well-equipped with necessary medical supplies and equipment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active PRC license
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or occupational health setting is preferred
  • BOSH Certification for nurses is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office and Google Workspace)
  • Available to start immediately
  • Willing to work in Marikina

Special Advantage

Candidates who possess a valid Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training certificate for nurses, accredited by DOLE, will have a significant advantage. This certification demonstrates a strong commitment to OSH standards and is a key requirement for this role.
